- Must complete the Sovereign Academy Foundation (Module 1 & 2) prior to Draft selection.
- Strict adherence to the 5-Gate Logic Pre-Flight Check before every match.
- Ability to execute the 'Sovereign Shot' via core-driven mechanics, rejecting brute force.
